Help, it’s not working!

Don’t Panic, we suggest waiting 30 minutes before entering your code again as we may have a gremlin in our system, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Alternatively, you can still book your tickets online, click on the 'snack pack' booking link and complete your secure booking and payment - you will not be asked to input a unique code. On the day of visit please ensure you bring both your e-ticket and promotional pack to gain entry.

If you would like more help with your code please email kelloggs.promotion@merlinentertainments.biz. Our team will be happy to help.

When you are enquiring with our team, please ensure you are including the following information within your email:

  • What attraction that you are trying to book for
  • The date (and timeslot, if applicable) that you are wishing to visit the attraction
  • How many people are in your party (Adults + Children)”

We are unable to help further if we do not have this information.

It has been brought to our attention that on occasion, some Cereal Packs may display a couple of letters that aren’t comprehendible - the letter N may look like a K within your unique code. In the event that you input a code with the letter K and an error message appears stated as ‘invalid’, please try and use the letter N instead. See below for an example of this error within the yellow circle:
