Don’t Panic, we suggest waiting 30 minutes before entering your code again as we may have a gremlin in our system, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Alternatively, you can simply take your promotional Kellogg’s Pack to the attraction of your choice on the date of your visit to redeem this offer.
If you come across a specific error message online which references a ‘DuplicateKeyException’, then please clear your web browsing history and attempt the purchase again. We are working on fixing this, but until then deleting your browsing history should allow you to purchase tickets online. If you are still unable to redeem your code online, remember that you can always use your voucher when you arrive at the attraction.
